Reservations
Spring, Summer Fall - Deposit required to hold reservations $200.00 for 3 Days or $400.00 per Week per cottage. Check-in tIme is after 3:00pm. Check-out time by 10:00am. Early arrivals and/or late departures are subject to an additional cost. Winter Deposit required to hold reservations is cost of 1 Night stay for Weekend or $300.00 per Week per cottage. Check-in time is after 3:00pm. Check-out time by 11:00am. Couples Snowmobile Package deposit is $250.00/per sled. Early arrivals and/or late departures are subject to an additional cost.
A credit card security deposit is required upon registration and fully refunded upon departure if no damages have occurred. For Snowmobile Packages a credit card security deposit of $1500.00 per package is required at time of registration and fully refunded upon departure if no damages have occurred. Processing of your deposit confirms your acceptance of Pleasant Cove Resort policies.
Cancellation Policy
Spring, Summer, Fall - If necessary to cancel your reservation, in part or full, your deposit will be refunded less a $100.00 cancellation fee per cottage, if the cancellation notification is received at least 60 days prior to start of the reservation date. If cancellation notification is within 60 days to 10 days from the start of the reservation date you will forfeit your deposit. Cancellations/No Shows within 10 days of the start of the reservation date are liable for full reservation value.
